Great experience, like last year, everything was coordinated in detail, NADCO's top priority is the divers safety and enjoyment, we had an amazing time!

I had a great time traveling with NADCO to Cozumel in February. This was my first trip with NADCO. I found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. Mitzi and Dolphi are lovely and communicated well. The trip was as expected. It was a beautiful week of diving and meeting new friends. I highly recommend joining them on a scuba trip. Our flight is only about 11 hours, but due to the 19 hour time change (from LA) and crossing the International Date Line we will arrive 2 days after our flight departs. Upon arrival at the airport, we will be transferred by air-conditioned bus (approximately a 2 hour bus ride) to Pacific Harbor Boat Launch where we will have a short boat ride to Beqa Lagoon Resort. We will be treated to a poolside foot massage when we arrive at the resort.&nbsp;

While sipping on a fresh coconut, try your own hand at weaving under the guidance of the team. Beqa Island Fire Walkers: before dinner, come &amp; watch our warriors perform this age old ritual

October 5, 2026 (Monday)

2-tank morning dive School Tour: the island school is a short walk from the resort where you will be met by the proud village children eager to show you their work &amp; share their stories. (Dress code applies; school supplies &amp; small gifts are always well received. Dress code: ladies have to wear something to cover the shoulders and legs like long skirts or dresses and t/shirts to cover the shoulders. For men, opt for T/shirt and knee-length shorts. When you are about to enter the village, please put down anything that is on the top of your head like a hat or sunglasses to show your respect when &nbsp;you enter the village. )

Morning 2-tank boat &nbsp;dive Local Village Visit: Visit the villagers where most of our beautiful team and their families live (Dress code applies; school supplies &amp; gifts are well received.)

October 7, 2026 (Wed.)

Morning 2-tank dive Hiking trip: Hike up the stream to where the legend began of the fire walkers and then cool off with a swim at the base of the waterfall. (Picture is not the actual waterfall)Kava Ceremony: come and watch the team prepare the Kava in this age-old ritual.

October 8, 2026 (Thur)

Fijian Cooking Show: learn how to make the Fijian Kokoda. This style of cooking has been done for centuries by the Fijian people. Meke Performance: this traditional dance is performed by our local villagers and is an expression of storytelling through dance and song

October 9, 2026 (Friday)

We will leave the resort at 8:30 am by boat. After a short boat ride, we will be transferred by bus to the airport. There will be an option to reserve a day room at a hotel close to the airport for an additional fee. Our flight will leave at approximately 10:00 pm and will arrive at LAX at about 1:20 pm on October 10, 2026. (Same day because we cross back over the International Date Line.)

Cost is $120 for 10 Nitrox tanks to be used on the 2-tank boat dives each day.

You are allowed one checked bag weighing 66 lbs on the international flight. If you would like a 2nd checked bag, the cost is $165 round trip if you pre-pay for that extra bag. If you choose to pay at the gate for an extra bag, it will cost more and you will have to pay each way. If you have an American Air status that allows you to have a free 2nd checked bag, you will take care of that with the airline once you receive the e-ticket and do not have to pay today for that bag.

EXTRA LUGGAGE

Join us in January as we dive the Florida Springs! You will drive down on Friday, and we will do 4-5 dives total on Saturday and Sunday, including an afternoon drift dive down the crystal clear Rainbow River. Dive sites may include Blue Grotto, Troy Springs, and/or Devil's Den (depending on water levels/conditions).After diving on Sunday, you can begin your journey home OR you can stay another night in Crystal River and do an amazing snorkel with manatees on Monday morning! Price for Saturday and Sunday is $319. If you want to add the manatee snorkel, the price for it is $80. Non-diver price is $209. Price includes all tanks and fills, entrance to parks/dive sites, and lunch on Saturday &amp; Sunday. Not included: transportation to/from Florida, accommodations, gratuities, and meals (other than lunch on Sat and Sun).&nbsp;

Travel Day

Day 1: January 15, 2027

We may head to Troy Springs* in the morning, where we will do one dive and eat lunch. We will then drive to Devil's Den* and do another dive and have some tanks filled. We will then head to Gainesville to stay for the night.&nbsp; *dive sites subject to change based on water levels and conditions

First Diving Day

Day 2: January 16, 2027

We will go to Blue Grotto this morning to do 1-2 dives and eat lunch. We will then drive to Crystal River and do an easy drift dive down the Rainbow River at 1:30 pm. After the dive, you will either begin your journey home or you can purchase an Add-On to snorkel with the manatee tomorrow. Dolphi &amp; Mitzi will be staying in Crystal River on Sunday night.&nbsp;

2nd Diving Day

Day 3: January 17, 2027

We will arrive at American Pro Dive Center by 10:15 am to have a quick briefing and then proceed to the boat to snorkel with these magnificent animals! We will return to the dock about 1:30 pm and you can begin your journey home.

Manatee Snorkel

Day 4: January 18, 2027

Florida Springs Jan 16-18, 2027

We will snorkel with manatees on Monday morning, January 18. This add-on includes the boat and fees for the snorkel. Hot chocolate will be provided on the boat. Non-divers are welcome!&nbsp;Not included: gratuity for the boat/crew. The snorkel company will also provide an optional opportunity for you to purchase pictures if you are interested.

This package is for one diver. It includes tanks, diving, and park fees for Saturday and Sunday. Lunch is also included.&nbsp;(If you want to snorkel with the manatee, please purchase the add-on for it.)

Florida Springs Sat/Sun Only

This package is for a non-diver. It includes park fees, snorkeling fees, and lunch for Friday and Saturday. (If you want to snorkel with the manatee, please purchase the add-on for it.)
